My preferred method of contact is by mobile phone with your number displayed. I will answer landline numbers but will only give details or make an appointment if I can call you back on that number at a time to suit me.
I will not answer witheld numbers or text messages. I will delete all emails that do not address me by name - if you cannot do me the courtesy of writing a personal message, I am not interested in reading it.
My earliest appointment starts at 11.00 am and my latest starts at 7.00 pm. I prefer bookings to be made in advance, but same-day appointments are sometimes possible. Weekend appointments MUST be booked in advance and are only open to existing clients.
My telephone is switched on from 09.00 am until 09.00 pm, except when I am busy.
